About us...

Originally, Mitchell’s Woodlands Corporation opened and operated a re-sale real estate office and agents there were employees with all company benefits.  In 1995, they contacted Gary Greene Realtors and offered to sell the division to us.

We are more than just a team of professional real estate agents at our office. Our agents are an integral part of the community – we are your neighbor, friend, and/or colleague. We shop, dine and play, we volunteer at area nonprofits, and most importantly, we send our kids to the local schools and enjoy all that our community has to offer.

Lanette Cassidy is a seasoned real estate professional who brings more than 25 years of experience, leadership, and care to every client interaction. A native of Galveston, she has spent her life living and working across the Houston metro area, giving her a deep understanding of the region’s neighborhoods, market trends, and community dynamics. From first-time buyers to seasoned investors, Lanette is known for her calm, solution-oriented approach and unwavering commitment to her clients’ peace of mind.

Before entering real estate, Lanette worked in the medical industry—an experience that taught her the importance of empathy, clarity, and meaningful communication. Today, she carries that same mindset into her real estate practice, treating each transaction as if it were her own. Clients appreciate her respectful, down-to-earth demeanor and her ability to make even the most complex situations feel manageable. Whether navigating a high-stakes sale or guiding a family through a major life transition, Lanette leads with integrity, intention, and care.

In addition to helping clients buy and sell property, Lanette has owned and operated a successful brokerage, managed a team of over 60 agents, and built a portfolio of investment properties. Her broad experience allows her to offer valuable insight at every stage of the real estate journey. Outside of work, Lanette enjoys spending time near the water with her family, traveling, attending art events, and discovering great food and wine. For her, real estate isn’t just about closing deals— it’s about helping people live well and build lasting legacies.
